Delete your SarvCrawl account.

No hoops and no retention call. Tell us the address on the account and we will email you a link to confirm it — the link is the only thing that can start a deletion, which is what stops anyone else starting one for you.

What happens, in order

1You ask, we emailThe confirmation link goes to the address on the account — never to an address someone else typed. Until you open it, nothing has happened.
2A 24-hour windowOpening the link starts the countdown. Write to us inside it and we will stop the request; do nothing and it goes ahead on its own.
3Sign-in and keys stopWhen the countdown ends your login stops working and every API key on the account is revoked, so nothing can keep calling the API in your name.
4Content removed after 30 daysYour knowledge bases stay recoverable for the export window in the terms, then they are permanently removed.

Export first?

Every knowledge base exports to JSONL or CSV from the console, and it takes less time than this form does. Once the content is purged we cannot get it back.

Just want to stop the billing?

Deleting is not the only option. An account with no jobs running costs nothing, and an admin in your organization can deactivate a single member without closing the whole account.
